Oklahoma Covering Kids & Families Initiative

Grant Overview
The Oklahoma Covering Kids Partnership (CKP) seeks to ease the barriers to enrollment, streamline systems to encourage and support retention of clients, coordinate with statewide agencies and organizations and gain new expertise on reaching families via a myriad of outreach campaigns. These campaigns include reaching out to Hispanics, adolescents, rural communities, faith based organizations, pregnant women, families of newborns, school lunch programs and Native Americans. Another CKP goal is to create a bilingual standard for Medicaid in Oklahoma.
