Hilltop Community Resources, Inc.

Grant Overview
Hilltop Community Resources, Inc. (Grand Junction) - The B4 Babies & Beyond program, one of 24 programs under the umbrella of Hilltop Community Resources, Inc., successfully enhances the outreach, delivery, and accessibility of healthcare services for pregnant women and children from birth through 18 years old. A Satellite Eligibility Determination site for CHP+ and Medicaid Presumptive Eligibility site, the program is designed to provide basic health care coverage to low income families using a unique rotation system that creates an avenue for a more simpler and easier access to services.
