Healthcare Coverage for Kids Coalition (HCKC)

Grant Overview
Healthcare Coverage for Kids Coalition (HCKC) serves Iowa's most populated county, Polk County. The project's focus is reaching vulnerable populations in urban neighborhoods. The coalition membership includes outreach workers and representatives from school districts, social service agencies, three major hospital systems and faith-based organizations whose communities include a diverse population.
