Eastern Shore Area Health Education Center (ESAHEC): The Eastern Shore project presents special challenges of rural and non-English speaking families, coupled with an elaborate and potentially confusing governmental structure (three states, nine counties) that can make accessing health or other social programs exceptionally difficult.
