Muskegon Community Health Project

Grant Overview
The Muskegon Community Health Project enhances retention, simplification, coordination and outreach efforts throughout Muskegon, Oceana and Newaygo Counties. The Latino and migrant communities, and children of the working poor are the primary targeted populations. Muskegon also enhances enrollment opportunities to the parents of eligible children through a locally based coverage program, "Access Health," targeted at small businesses.
