October 1, 2001 Enrolling Children in Health Coverage Programs: Schools are Part of the EquationAt the Covering Kids Third Annual Meeting in December 2001, the National Program Office distributed copies of a newly published packet of five strategy briefs. The packet, titled Enrolling Children in Health Coverage Programs: Schools are Part of the Equation, was written by Donna Cohen Ross and Meg Booth of the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities. The strategy briefs are designed to help school administrators, school staff and organizations working with schools in embarking on child health coverage outreach activities. The five briefing papers are accompanied by a helpful one-page flier providing contact information for national resources on school-based outreach. Titles in the series are provided below in PDF:
